We have been supporting private, public and charitable organisations working across the health, social care, education, training, environment, economic development and criminal justice sectors to win contracts and grants since 2014.
We have successfully secured contracts and grants from central and devolved governments, local authorities, NHS, CCGs, LEPs, PCCs, lottery, trusts and foundations.
We have also supported our clients to enter and remain on approved supplier lists, framework agreements, Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS), and to become sub-contractors on large supply chains with prime contractors.

Our lead consultant is Sarah Belben who has worked in business development, marketing and supply chain roles for more than 15 years, with the last ten years dedicated to leading, developing and reviewing competitive bids. After roles at the British Red Cross, The Prince’s Trust and Honeywell, she became an independent consultant in 2014.
Sarah has a BSc Hons in International Relations, an MSc (with Distinction) in Sustainable Development, is a certified member of the Association of Bid and Proposal Management Professionals and was awarded fellowship of the Royal Geographical Society in 2017.
